We are very experienced in conducting matters in person, by video conference on a variety of platforms, or a combination of both – hybrid.
High-quality soundproofing allows for private discussion and preparing witnesses in designated breakout rooms in complete confidentiality. Our spacious, comfortable boardrooms can accommodate hearings of any size. Furniture (including witness tables) can be arranged in a number of styles to suit your individual needs.
Our professional team of court reporters use state-of-the-art recording equipment and are fully trained to ensure the quality of our recordings is such that a trusted and dependable transcript can be produced for any further proceedings or negotiations. All matters conducted by our court reporters are transcribed upon request.
Complimentary snacks, beverages and a light lunch are provided daily. Full catering for breakfast and/or lunch is also available on request.
Our team of professional, friendly and impartial court reporters are experienced and confident in all type of matters, including civil litigation, family law, government tribunals, including coroner’s inquests, and Police Service Act hearings. Our court reporters are mobile and we have satellite offices across Southern Ontario, so bookings outside the area can also be accommodated.
